I am over 1000 miles away......my sister has stage 4 cancer.....she gets chemo treatment in Rolla MO every week......she has an old 2004 buick car......it was not running/starting properly.....called Auto Connection in Salem Mo.....they came over & towed the car to their place.......was told that it needed a COMPLETE TUNE-UP.....told was going to get a COMPLETE TUNE UP on car including spark plugs & WIRES.........
they charged me over $300 dollars.........the car didn't run right after they did the work.......my sister CAN'T GO TO ROLLA TO GET HERE CANCER TREATMENT.....took car back to Auto Connection......they said it needed wires......they wanted ANOTHER $200 DOLLARS to do it.....OWNER WOULD NOT EVEN GET ON THE PHONE TO TALK TO ME!!........
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.....unreal to rip off a cancer patient...the car is not running any better than it was before I spent OVER $300 on it......my sister is on limited fixed income.......trying to find her a ride to the cancer center.
Avoid this place.

UPDATE........auto connection took the car back in & put on new spark plug wires like they should have to begin with.....also put another item in......didn't charge for the plug wires.....still charged $28 for the other item.....if they would have put plug wires in it from the beginning.....this would have never happened.....few of the wires checked out bad on the machine......car is running now without the missing.......appreciate auto connection stepping up to the plate & doing what was the right thing to do.
