Auto Expo Center Inc All We Want is your MONEY, We give u a car "As Is" (Won't tell you the truth about the car) will LIE Gary, Indiana

I went to Auto Expo Center, Inc trusting that I was getting a good deal on a car for me and my family he told us  good things about the car its a gas saver, good family size for me and my kids, but fail to tell us that it had a very bad transmission.

Went back to take the car to them and they kept putting me off and never return my phone calls and told that i had to pay to get the transmission fix, the horn on the car did not work, and he lied about the miles on the car. the emergency brakes on the car was very bad rusted and had to be disconnected.

I went to sue them for the car since the December, 2011 just to find out that  iwas not the only one that was sueing them they have done this to others too. they hide behinde the" AS IS warranty, but there is a Implied Law-"that the vechicle shall fully function properly and free from defects and use safetly (short version)"

I was stuck with a car that i can't use and it is a dangerous to me and my kids as the mechnic told me and that the frame on my car is very bad and that it is broke and not worth the money i paid for. they took my money and sold me JUNK car.

They take advantages of females adn thats the truth. a mechnic told me that they sell bad cars and they hate fixing on their cars when people buys it from them especially from females. (BAD CARS) and they still selling bad cars. Beaware of them.  time and money lost. what about the law. (lost help)
