i bought a used car again i knew it was going to be bad. bought a 2000 mustang v6 car was ok from testing and and fluid check out bought for 1600 cash used . drove it smoked tryed to catch fire almost wrecked could have killed me and my son! went back to them they tryed to tell me cant get money back or barely repair it sits in there lot. i am out the money and no car! they tryed to use it as a trade in for new car really? i will be getting a lawyer asap

All used vehicles are AS IS! Go ahead and waste the money for a lawyer. There is LITERALLY nothing you can sue them for. You even signed paperwork to that effect. How about just spendi g that money and get the vehicle fixed. You have no legal actions you can take and to be honest YOU have commited a act that CAN get you sued. The entire web is NOT facebook. By treating it as such and placing your opinions on the web as you have you place yourself in danger for a lawsuit. But hey, ppl like you will NEVER LEARN!!! So you keep up that internet crusade to let EVERYONE know how YOU feel ripped off. Each post you make with your opinion in it is just that much more money they will get and YOU will be not only the only party to suffer from all of this but you will only have yourself to blame.
