I had ordered 2 mirrors.  One of the mirrors did not fit my truck exactly.  The backing plate was different.  Troy Hopper told me to contact the manufacturer to get the correct part number.  I did. 

I told Troy the part he needs to order and he gave me the price.  I asked about sending him back the wrong mirror.  I have never heard back.  I have contacted him about every two weeks for the last 3 months.  nothing.
