I was charged $500 for an advertisement by Auto Twins over a month ago to sell my vehicle. I never received one inquiry on my car, even though I was promised that my car would be sold in two weeks. I researched there site and found out they get NO TRAFFIC. It seems they are a newer version of Great Cars and Trucks which has 150 BBB Complaints. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them, they are SCAMMERS and LIARS.

$500 dollar scam, huh?

AUTHOR: Scottmeiners - (U.S.A.)

Chris from CA:

I would love the opportunity to speak with you about this. I do not recall any conversation with a Chris from California. We do, as a company, have a program where you can pay $500 up front to sell your car, then when it is sold, we take a commission. We also have 1 page contracts without fine print that are signed by both parties, spelling out in plain English what we provide. I would never guarantee to have someone's car sold in two weeks. I as an individual, nor our company, control the market. You may have noticed that the current market is not quite a seller's market. Show me some proof of such a guarantee.

As for the other company you mentioned; I am not part of that company nor do I participate in the same practices they do. We have not one complaint with the BBB. I would suggest you get all of your facts straight before you smatter someone's name all over the internet. Don't lump me into the same category as a company that has a PROVEN track record of taking people's money and not delivering what they were contractually obligated to do. You could potentially affect someone's livelihood adversely without justification. Ask yourself, who is in the wrong?

Yours in good health,

Scott Meiners
