I was curious to see if I could find a resource on the internet that would help me save money by helping me to diagnose my air-conditioning on my Jeep. I found www.autoacsystems.com and found an e-book on their site which guaranteed instant delivery by digital download. I purchased the e-book, and my debit card was charged $19.95, but after downloading it I was informed that the vendor did not have any more passwords to access the e-book. Frustrated, I sent an email explaining my disappointment and asked that they send me what I needed to use the manual.

I waited for 2 days before sending a second email, and 2 days before the next. I have tried to call the number that was sent to me on one of the automated response emails I received, but it seems to be a bogus number with a mailbox that is constantly too full to accept messages. I still have received no type of personal correspondence in regards to my purchase, but I have received 2 emails asking me how my product is, and if I would recommend the company to friends. Obviously this is exceedingly frustrating, and if I knew how to go about it, I would sue the company for false advertisement.
