AUTOLAB I had been going to Autolab for almost 2 years for my oil changes. I thought their services were awesome till yesterday. They questioned me about not getting any other services done on my car. I told them it was still under warranty or my husband takes care of it and I love bringing my car there for the oil changes. He flat out and said that we are losing money on you cause you keep using the $20 coupon. I said, you mail and email them to me sounds like you want me to use it and come back! He flat out told me that I can have my husband to do my oil changes from now on. What?! Seriously! I just defended them from Tom *** and boy I was so wrong. If only he would've said, we can honor just this time and I have to pay full price or just say we can't honor it cause I've exceed the limit. That's fine and I would've paid it, but instead he didn't want my business at all. So disappointed. BAD Service
