Autoland of Gastonia sold me a vehicle, first told me they finance it there, then tells me they use a funding company in California. I give them all paperwork they ask for as well as down payment. I drive the vehicle for 2 1/2 weeks then they repo it saying the financing din't go thru and I'm out my deposit I paid. They are the shadiest people I've ever dealt with ! Joe is a scumbag and Ashley is a Bit_ _ ! Do not buy from these people ! You will regret it

What Is The Refund Policy?

Did you sign any paperwork which discusses the refund policy? If so, what does it say in regards to failure to obtain financing? If you signed nothing relating the refund of deposit policy then I would take this to small claims court. If on the otherhand you did sign paperwork which addresses the refund of deposit, then that agreement you signed governs the refund.
