I called and explained the issues and problems I was having with the BCM module from my 1998 Chrysler Town & Country mini-van. They asked me to ship it to them, and they said they could repair it. They charged me $240.00 and it was shipped back. I installed it and it was worse after they "fixed it" than before I sent it. Do note expect this company to repair any Chrysler BCM units, they are apparently incapable, and basically a ripp off company.
