They changed my due date before they even got the first payment in October of 2005, and I just found out about this on May 30, 2008 and they are refusing to change it back! They are refusing to accept my payment and want to come and repossess my car!! They are refusing to give me my payoff so that I can refinance my car and won't talk civil to me. They talked nasty to my bank and even told them they would not give them a payoff either! There is no working with these people. They will repossess your car for being 10 days late!! They are BAD BUSINESS!!

I have been a customer with Automotive Services Finance since 2007 and they have been doing really well when it comes to sending me my payoff amount every year. When i call to check my new balance their customer services representatives are really nice and I enjoy calling. They are not as bad as people are making them out to be. If people do not pay their bills of course they are not going to be happy. If they are being rude after one week of none payment that is not right and that is a legal complaint.
