Autoone warranty Refuses to refund money on a warranty I no longer have. Even lied to the BBB Irvine, California

 I bought this warranty to cover a car I had bought. I paid for this over a period of 2 years and the total cost was 2400.00. I paid the warranty off in full and later decided to trade in my car. I contacted the warranty company and was told that a refund would be issued. I tried several times to reach the company about this refund and was always given a run around. Finally I called the BBB and they started helping me. Auto-one assured both myself and the BBB that I would receive a refund of 791.00 by Jan 15,2010. I have never receive the first dime of this refund. So this company basically took 2400.00 from me and kept it since I never even used the warranty.
