On Sept 30th, 2011 I ordered a Harley Davidson decal for the rear window of my pick up truck. autothing.com was quick to charge my bank account, but the decal was never shipped. I have attempted ten times now to find the status of my order. They do not respond at all, they do not answer my emails or answer the phone.

One day after filing this report and also sending an email to autothing.com threatening action with the BBB, my money was refunded through paypal. Two days later I received an email with an apology. While I will never do buisness with autothing.com again, I did feel a need to report the refund. My only complaint at this time is the 30 day wait with no answer as to why my purchase had not shipped.
