I posted my car on Craigslist a while back in the beginning of April of 2013. My ad was almost immediately flagged for error every time I posted it. I posted the car 4 times, it was flagged each time. I knew something was going on then, because I have friends and a few of my family members also that have purchased and sold items on that website. A gentlemen called me with the name of Ron Pitt. He was very persuasive saying he can get my car sold within 30 days, because 90% of his inventory sells fast. I have an 01 mustang GT for sale. He told me he could get 13,000 out of the deal. I was only asking 10,500 in the first place so I was interested in what he had to say. I was on my way to work so I didn't really get to speak with him long. But the conversation that we did have sounded like he meant business. So I fell in the trap of giving him 99.00 off of my credit card. Now I don't feel safe at all using my credit card for any other online purchases. I be never been scammed this bad. Every time I call Ron Pitt back, he never answers his extension. Then I take action and call the customer service they supposedly have. And they are also scammers. Do not post anything on this website!
