Autotrakk LLC Autotrakk, Bama Commercial Leasing Bullying Montoursville Nationwide

Just recently my availability for work came into play. I received an email from my manager Brandy Smith stating that we need to go over my availability. I had a meeting with her and the assistant manager Chris Godfrey. I've worked there for 4+ years and never had my availablity questioned. They know that I'm disabled. I told them that there should be two letters from my doctors that should have been put into my personnel file. They looked dumb founded when I told them. I was then bullied into giving my two weeks notice. I have reached out to HR there and found out that these letters are Not in my file. I have notified the American Disability Act, my lawyer, the HR department at Autotrakk and Marshall Welch who is the CEO there. These two individuals Brandy Smith and Chris Gofrey need to be fired over this and I will make it my mission that they are fired.

They are not paying their sales tax that is due in other states. They are charging customers in the bama leasing the maintenace on their vehicles as well as having the customers pay for this upfront and then to be reimbused on their account with bama. 

I would never finance a vehicle with Autotrak or Bama Commercial Ever! They are rip offs through financian a vehilce for a customer as well as bullies for the employees there.
