I have never been so ripped off by a company in my life.

The products were a joke, skimpy, dead, moldy, plants wrapped in a piece of newspaper & a piece of plastic. It was like someone put a bunch of twigs in a box & mailed it to me.

I paid $35 for a box of twigs & I am told next Spring & they will send me replacements.

What is remarkable is that they are still in business. Any comment by people who say "Oh, I read the reviews & decided to buy anyway & the plants were great - those people are lying.

A terrible company to continue to rip people off in this economy.

They will have terrible karma & all types of bad things will happen to them because it is wrong to steal from people.

A pox on these horrible lying cheating rotten lousy scumbags.

I too read the comments in various places on the internet about how bad Summerstone nursery was but I decided to try them and make my own judgements.  I ordered some trees and shrubs.  All were very reasonably priced. The shipping time was faster than I thought it would be based on all the comments and the plants I received were all still in moist wrapping and in good shape.  The trees were small but I paid very little for them so that was to be expected.  The blueberries I ordered were in great shape and surprisingly big for the price. All are alive and well today.  I had one problem with a boysenberry and contacted them and they shipped another out right away.  In addition, the burning bush plants I got as a free bonus are doing very well too and were also larger than I expected-especially since they were free!   

After I ordered the 72 hour shipping I never did receive my order. It took about 2 weeks of emailing the company about 3 times a day and calling a few times a week for them to finally issue me a refund poor customer service and no product delivered but finially got my $84.00 back.
