Whatever you do, do not use this company for any smart home or other technology installation services. This company is owned and managed by a con-artists by the name of Sergio Nogueira. Mr. Nogueira lied to me from the moment I first met him.
He sat across my desk from me and told me he would handle the installation and customization of my Control4 system in my new home. At every step he tried to add on additional costs and charges for services he originally promised to do for the agreed upon price. Additionally, he and his team were improperly logging into my account without permission. This includes accessing the security cameras and lighting in my home - an invasion of privacy.
I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH - DO NOT USE THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING EVER. HE WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Control4 assigned me a new service rep and he basically told me and your manager Nick that you ripped me off. You left a huge mess, none of the components work and ity will be 10k to fix the shoddy and iuncomplete job you did.
ANYONE WHO COMES IN CONTACT WITH YOU SHOULD RUN THE OTHER WAY WITH THEIR MONEY. YOU ARE A SCAM ARTIST.

Dear Sir,
We're sorry to hear that you're less than satisfied with the work that our team performed at your new residence. Our company is built on the utmost satisfaction of our clients and their referral business dur to their satisfaction, since our inception 20 years ago.
As was indicated in your job scope, we were to install 2 TV sets that were scheduled to be delivered by your moving company from your old residence to your new home. These TV's arrived a day later than the 2 days that we were scheduled to work in your residence, but our team was present for an additional third day at your residence to fulfill your request anyways.
This kept our team from attending other clients and job sites, but you were not charged for the loss of man hours and the time we spent at your residence on this additional day. Moreover, the moving company delivered the 2 TV's with missing parts that we had to replace at no extra charge to you.
We also added HDMI expanders to replace the existing old ones in your master bedroom, worth $600, at no cost to you as well as provided you with a brand new remote control worth $300 to replace your broken remote control that was out of warranty; all this was done as a token of our appreciation for your business as a first time client.
You had agreed and paid for the repair of your product but not installation labor; however, our team dedicated their time and effort and came back to install it anyways, at no cost to you.
It's worth mentioning that I personally was screamed at and humiliated by a member of your family because of a thermostat not working properly after it was disconnected by the same family member and I personally received several text messages outside of business hours, late at night/ early morning from you containing unprofessional and unnecessary comments.
We take the privacy of our clients very seriously and never log into their accounts without any explicit request from them or without prior notification and approval from them to update or manage any aspect of their accounts. You had claimed that your account was being accessed by us; however, being the owner of the company, I'm the only person who has access to all of our clients' accounts and I had notified you that I will be on vacation outside of the country with no access to your account.
We remain at your service should you wish to contact us for any future business, and we understand if you would like to refer your business to any other contractor. We realize not all clients and contractors are a perfect match, but we do our best to satisfy all of our clients. Our excellent customer service has awarded us numerous referral businesses over the past 20 years of our business and continues to do so. We wish you all the best.
