Avanquestnorthamerica Avanquestnorthamerica, Inc. A total waste of time! Calabasis California
I purchased "Hallmark Card Studio" a year ago. When I tried to use it, it said that the program has "expired". This was news to me, considering that when you purchase a full program at full price, you do not expect it to have an expiration date like a bottle of salad dressing.
I went to the Hallmark site and registered my complaint, complete with documentation of purchase and serial numbers and they sent my complaint to Avanquestnorthamerica. After I registered there, I had notification by email that I had a "ticket" request and that they would look into it. I went to the site after I registered, I found my ticket. A week later, having heard nothing, I checked and there was no ticket, no record of there ever having been a ticket and no recognition of who I was. I did the whole process again, three times in three days, commenting about my frustration every chance I got. I still have 3 tickets sitting at Avanquest and it's been 8 days now.
Does Hallmark know what's going on? They are impossible to contact so I don't know if they do or not. One thing for sure, someone should investigate this rip-off outfit. I am supremely aggravated at the waste of my time.
