Avanti Skin Care I ordered a "Free Trial". The first thing you see on the website when you open it is free bottle. I ordered the trial only. Then was billed $89.95 and $85.95 for the face cream and eye cream. No where did the transaction say I would be billed for this amount or that I needed to cancel my order in 14 days. I called the company and they were very rude, treated me like I was stupid and was nothing they could do for me. I explained to them that I would contact the BBB, which is what I did. I ordered the 'Free Trial" of the skin cream and the eye care from this company that boasts of being helped by Shark Tank. I was only to pay the shipping costs of $5.95 and $4.95. When you open their website the first thing you see is free bottle. Shortly later I was billed $89.95 and $85.95 for the products. I never the first time saw the prices listed and it was not in the box that the product shipped with. I was never notified I would need to cancel in 14 days. That is not long enough to test a skin care product anyways.

When I called the company they were extremely rude and talked to me like I was stupid. Of course I became angry then. They said there was nothing they could do for me. I advised them I would contact the BBB which I did. I received a full refund only because I took the extra added steps to do so. Its a scam to get your money folks. Beware!

Let me say I am a widow and would never in this life time spend $85.95 on eye cream. Had I known I would not have ordered the product. If Shark Tank is behind this product they can not be relied on for the bad business practice that this company has. Shame on them.
