AvaTrade currently owes me and loads of other people a lot of money
They sent me the following email for the reason of not paying me out, I have only been given about 20% of what is owed to me..
Our compliance department has noted anomalies in the trading and account activity of the clients introduced to us under TAG 77728.
We hereby inform you that, in accordance with our agreement, payments to your AvaPartner account have been put on hold pending completion of an investigation by our compliance department.
If necessary, our compliance team will contact you requesting additional information and your prompt and complete responses will allow completion of this process in an expeditious manner.
If there are further issues identified – This may be referred to our legal department.
Nothing stated herein constitutes a waiver of any right that we may have pursuant to our agreements or under applicable law related to any past or future conduct or payment and we expressly reserve all such rights.
AvaTrade Compliance Team
They have not responded since September last year and refuse to comment, have travelled to their offices in Ireland, where the CEO Daire Ferguson said he makes far too much money to be bothering with me
Also AvaTrade seem to have employees in Isreal, I think that this is not allowed and is against regulations.
