Avanta Pure High priced water treatment system with no service Longwood Florida

I bought a water treatment system from this company and paid $4595 up front for installation. I was promised soap for life plus annual service of the water treatment system. i called, emailed and got no response at all to emails and phone calls when I reported issues. Everyone passed the buck until I was finally promised the service I had requested. We shall see about the delivery. This was a classically one sided contract. Entirely about my obligation to pay and nothing said about their obligations under the contract. Their affliliation to GE is completely bogus
