I have used AVG Anti-Virus for years.  Today I purchased a new subscription for a new computer.  After going around in circles with their support site(s) and forums, I have been unable to install any version of the software they offer.  All roads lead back to paying an additional $14.99 for remote installation by their experts.  The link in their error message links directly to the site requesting additional payment.  I regard this as a fraudulently effort to get additional payment.
