2 Passengers were threatened on an Avianca flight from Central America, when the flight attendant Luis Ramirez was notified he refused to do anything to assist the threatened passengers. An "investigation" from Avianca themselves don't dispute the facts and have offered no recourse to assist passengers who were threatened. Head flight attendant Luis Ramirez made private passenger manifest names available to other passengers instead.
