harged to card- Promised a 4.95 introductory sample on Dec 21th,2017. NO ADDITIONAL FEES DISCLOSED - I haven't received any samples. Yesterday, the date is January 4th,2018, they charged me $98.41 for member fee. I was confused, I 've never authorized this company to charge me for membership, Please help me cancel this two times transaction. Because I didn't received anything. I can't believe this company. They charge me $98.41, I've never authorized this company to do this. there is no credit for this company.

I haven't received any product. so I want to cancel transaction and get my cash back.
