AVOBUY Inc Owner: Alan Vo AVOBUY STOLE $1650 FROM SINGLE MOM Westminster California

I ordered $1650 worth of products (outdoor furniture and a computer) from AVOBUY on May 27th, 2014.  I tried to email them three times in November to find out where the products were, and my email bounced back saying their customer service email no longer existed. I never received my items and they have made it to where I cannot reach their "company". No reply to emails nor to phone calls until yesterday when he sent an email promising to refund my money little by little if I give him my account and routing number.  He is asking for my private bank information which he can use to steal more money from my account. 

I have contacted my bank about the fraud, but was told that his company made me wait so long that they can no longer retrieve the money.  My bank told me DEFINITELY not to give the routing number and account number, as I suspected!  After what I have been reading online about this company and the hundreds of people that the owner, Alan Vo, has stolen from, I am not really hopeful about seeing my money ever again.  I will have to go to small claims court. 

This man is still stealing from people and getting away with this.  How can this be?
