AVOBUY.COM I have ordered Iphone 5s in the month of April 2014 vide order no.109117 from AVOBUY.COM. I haven't got it yet. I sent numerous emails in this regard but there was no reply and indeed my email messages says that delivery to the following address is failed permanently COLUMBIA South Carolina

I have purchased Iphone 5s unlocked phone by paying through my check for $349 in the month of April 2014 vide order no. 109117 on AVOBUY.COM. As soon as I sent the check via post, the money was withdrawn the very next day and the order history on website says payment complete please wait. I waited for 8 months sending numerous follow up emails on the order sent to check the status, however all my emails says the delivery to the following recipient "contact@avobuy.com" failed permanently. I never got my phone and they have taken my money. Can somebody help me get my money/phone back....pleas..........e.
