After paying $1,765.00 for a five year, 100,000 mile warranty which could be transferred or cancelled at any time. After four years to the date of contract, I sold the car and requested a refund.

After 65 days, I got what amounts to a 12.6% refund instead of the 20.0% I was entitled to since I only used four of the five year contract.

I would suggest never use this company for auto repair insurance, very expensive for never having a claim.

I also called the company after having canceled and they explained to me that the prorated refund is based not on time alone. the refund will be based on milage not used as well!

you may have had one year left on the contract but the milage on the car could have reflected otherwise.

You really can't expect them not to charge you for a contract you didnt have to use.
