I did receive a letter saying I won 1,230,946.00, but it was mandatory to send 11.89 as a requirement to receive the money. Although I hadn't send any money to receive this gift, sme phrases were a little contridicting; for instance in order to receive the money,then it said send the 11.89 premium offer fee, then 'if you had the winning numbers. That is what had me check this letter out.It even had a verified I.D number *82896-438847/714440214.
