I called this company on a Wednesday to make an in home repair appt for that Saturday for my washing machine. They called on Friday around noon to say that since I was their only appt on Saturday, their repairman decided to take the day off. Ok so I'm pissed off at this point, but I have no other option at the time but to reschedule. We reschedule the appt for Tuesday at 7pm. This time not only does he not show, but I don't receive a phone call that day or the next morning, so I call them. I have to leave a voicemail...which is never returned.
Use this company if you want to feel stupid and look stupid wearing the same clothes to work two days in a row.
