my water heater rented through awhr started leaking significantly and started to provide only scalding water. because we were not willing to renew and wanted unit removed company was unwilling to send technician to drain unit. I have paid for this month and they are contracted to service faulty appliance. now I will have to attempt to drain and move unit on my own as they will take up to 30 days to remove and I need a hot water tank for my family.
