Axe Realty Ask For Money For Credit Check & Application Fees, Knowing They Don't Have An Apartment Available!!!!! Bronx New York

I tired them twice and both encounters and two different works asked for money in order to help me seek an apartment I was never eligible for. My first time working with this company I was working with someone name Willie who hardly ever answered his phone and always gave excuses for not having an apt available.

Granted he asked for only $25 for a credit check, but he only showed me one apt and when I told him I was interested he said some bs about not being able to reach the landlord lol. The second time I went which is now a year later from then, I was greeted by some indian guy who showed me an apt nearby and because I was interested asked me for what he claimed was a application fee and credit check totaling at $75.

Its been a month lol their full of you know what. Don't do business with them unless you want the run around.
