I am a student at AXIA; they inform you of what exactly you require for your computer information and what is required software for properly submitting your attachments. This form called the AXIA COLLEGE OF UNIVERSITY OF PHOENIX HARDWARE/SOFTWARE AGREEMENT is what you signed AND AGREED to when you enrolled for admissions. IT CLEARLY STATES what you have to use in order for instructors to properly read and ACESS your final project or other information that you submit as you classroom assignments.

This is not a rip-off, this is you clearly not reading the TERMS AND CONDITIONS required for admissions in an ACCREDITED COLLEGE.

Even if you thought even in the slightest that a instructor is not able to read your information; you should have called and or e-mailed the instructor; that's why they give you their contact information.

And another thing; if this college is a rip off college with unprofessional employees, then why was it so renowned that the Super Bowl 2008 was held at their stadium?

I've seen an increasing amount of activity using Ripoff Report as a sounding board rather than legitimate rip-offs.

You had to contact technical support and resubmit your final project? Okay, how is this a rip off? I would call this a service.

Now, *not* being able to get a hold of technical support might be a rip off...And even if this is the case, your instructor could have received your report through email at which time he or she could have vouched for receipt until your technical problems were solved.

With the level of critical thinking that I'm seeing regarding university compliants, I would hate to imagine that you are judging your college experience based on having to call technical support to resubmit your final project. If that is the case, the world of technology around you does not bode well in the future.

This college is a big fraud. If you feel like your dealing with professionals your really not. These employees seem to come and go very quickly, and that says alot about the college itself.
