Axis Capital Axis Capital are truly con artists. If your business encounters financial strain, Axis Capital refuses to renegotiate the loan and will automatically file a bankruptcy claim against your business. They repossessed my business equipment, submitted false legal bills to the Court, and sold the equipment for 5% of its liquidated value. Please don't borrow money from these jerks! Our company took out a business loan from Axis Capital.  Our business encountered unexpected financial strain. We attempted to renegotiate the loan with Axis to reduce our cash flow burden. Axis Capital refused to negotiate with us and filed a claim in court. 

They repossessed the equipment they financed and sold it for 5% of its market value eventhough we provided them with offers of 80% of market value.  

Axis Capital then submitted fraudulent legal bills to the court which struck down their legal fees. I would not recommend Axis Capital for any financial lending, you are just inviting trouble into your life by doing business with Axis Capital!
