AxoMall Axo Office Planning Did not respond by E-mail as to order being accepted after twice being entered. San Francisco California
On 1-1-18, I entered order for coffee maker but did not receive a confirmation. I thought perhaps they were closed down due to holiday so waited a couple days, still trying to reach them through their customer service E-mail. No reply except to indicate they had no info from me as to being a customer. I figured I had not hit the right button to enter my order, so I ordered again, giving my credit card info. Still no reponse so I got suspicious and canceled my credit card on 1-5-18. Wish I'd seen these reports before I got into this mess and am glad that at least no charges were placed on my credit card. Beware!
