Az Water Company company rip off Internet

We paid our water bill thru the phone. After entry all the information they asked us for. the message told us that the money was withdrawn from our account. So we left it alone. The very next day they turned our water off. So, I called them to turn it back on. they told me that they can't turn it back on due to non payment. I told the payment as already been withdrawn from our account. SO you guys should have the payment. I need my water turned back on. Well, we can't do that unless we pay $30.00 for reconnection fee. I asked them why should we have to do that. It is not our fault? they told me that we have to pay to get it back on or it will not be turned back on unless we pay them. So, I have kids and need water for them.I paid them. to not fight with them. Then just the other day I get a new bill in the mail. I looked it over and it has another reconnect fee on there of $30.00. So, they are riping our family off. They will not take off the amount of reconnect fee. they are telling me that we did not pay this fee. I told you would not turn my water back on or bill me for the reconnect fee. I had to pay it that day. I am warning all of you Phoenix,az people and whoever else has this company for their water. Watch out for this kind of fees. I am sure if they have done it to us. I am sure they have done this to other people too. Please read over your bills very well.
