I made a $2.095 wire transfer to purchase a Cartier Must 21 watch, they never sent the watch and never made the refund of the money.
Several times this guy named "Larry Henderson" replied my e-mails with a bunch of excuses... but i still don't receive the money or the watch.

All of the companies that this gentleman speaks of have long since gone out of busines. The payment for the order in question was only for half of the cost of the watch. We sent the watch and never received the second half of the money. We have considered suing the individual.We have since learned, however, of their connections. Thus,we let the matter drop.
