Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This company is trying to collect on a debt from me that I don't believe exists. They have called me three times a day and when I called them back, they brought up a supposed credit card debt from 2001.
This is a similar experience that I had with Laurence A. Hecker, Atty and that was a rip-off as well.
After checking my records and credit report, I do not find this debt.
Also the callers are rude, manipulative and will twist what you say. Not as bad as Hecker's people, but still the same tactics. Do not give them information on your bank accounts or bully you.

If they call again and your phone has a speaker phone and a hold button press the speaker phone do not say anything and then press the hold button. If an agency calls 3 times a day that is considered harrassment . If you do not have any of the buttons on your phone and if you have caller ID an thier # shows do not answer it .
