My name is Bobbi Frohman and I am the owner of B. Frohman Imaging & Design.

I have never worked with the person who listed this review, whether as a personal client or as the family member of one of my clients.  This exact same name has placed numerous reviews in public areas claiming that I shot a wedding and did a terrible job on a day that I was actually on vacation for.  The complaints have ranged from my "not being warm and fuzzy" to "cold and intrusive".  Once these bad reviews popped up, I started receiving emails from a company telling me that I can pay them to "fix the damage to my tarnished reputation" by purchasing their services.  This is a scam and it is extortion.  I do not pay to have good reviews put up nor will I pay to have bad reviews taken down.

If any client ever has a negative experience with my studio, I am open and available to attend to anything it takes to ensure the quality of what they receive.  We pride ourselves on great experiences, quality results, and tailoriing to the individual needs of our clients- whether they are a family mini-session or a 13 hour wedding.  There are numerous platforms on the internet where you can find real, genuine reviews from our actual clients.

While I am extremely diisappointed in the attack on the integrity of my studio, I will not pay you money to remove this slander.  You are welcome to share the images from the wedding you are claiming occured, with my studio watermark on them, or a copy of the contract from the wedding you are claiming took place.  I can guarantee that neither will happen since I did not shoot a June 20th, 2015 wedding (the date that you claimed on another platform), all of my brides this year have expressed how much they loved their results, and at the end of the day- we do amazing work and we work with amazing people.  I urge anyone reading this that may question its validity to look on our other review pages to see genuine, honest experiences that our clients have had.  There are also quite a few articles circulating to inform both businesses and consumers about scams targeted towards photographers/small businesses where bad reviews are placed on public platforms simply to force the business to pay money to remove or hide them from potential clients.
