Liar and Thief

I paid him money up front for work and never delivered. Story after story with excuse every time I got in contact with him. Including the sick mom line similar to the other complaint. I have searched for him and I have his car tag, Home address, wifes name etc. Unfortunately I can not post this here. All I can say it is in public records so with a little work you can find him. Of course nothing is in his name its in his wifes.
