hired for undercover work. Sent in girlfriend to pay. He hit on her. BLUM failed to keep investigation confidential. He discussed the case on internet and subject called us. It was crazy. Blum told us it wasnt his problem. Then we got a call from Philly sheriff department telling us if we dont stop harrassing blum he will arrest us. Needless to say we will never use him again hecis a con man and a real cheater.
