The sales agent came to our home and said they will just make a demonstration on their product, A Kirby vacuum cleaner sentria model ,after
demontrating it they said the price was $2400.00 we decline and they reduce the price to $2000.00 again we decline they called this lending company called preferred credit inc, then the agent reduce their selling price to $1500.00 again we decline until they reduce it to $1000.00 payable at $36.15/month for 36 months and I finally gave in

IF they came to your home door-to-door, then you that you have 3 days to cancel this purchase. Further, if door-to-door, they are required to give you documentation that clearly states you have the right to cancel within 3 days and give you clear and valid instructions as to the proceedures to cancel.
IF they came to your home because you contacted them and asked for them to come, you'll most likely stuck in a binding purchase contract.
Did you bother to see what interest rate you're being charged??? You're going to be paying $1301.40 for this vacumn which calculates to a rediculous 17.9952% interest rate. They were required to fully disclose this APR to you.
I hope you received ALL the attachments for it; long hose attachment, carpet shampooer, etc.
