I entered into an agreement to provide development and marketing services for them. After they had entered into an agreement with my company, I sent over our plan for marketing and development, confidential information, trade secrets mind you, then they cut me out of the agreement with my plan in their hands and said they were going to do it on their own now.

I trusted these people and they lied and scammed me.
