Purchased a Christmas gift, flying fairy doll for my daughter. It arrived with missing parts and so is useless. I filed an email report to them, someone replies saying they will look into it and then immediately the ticket is closed. If you reopen the ticket, they just close it again. They do not answer to telephone calls.
