Brandi Lee dba Balee Images requires customers to sign a contract giving away their legal rights afford to them by US federal law. Ms. Lee took $2250 from me as
advance payment for a photographic session. Prior to me sending Ms. Lee this sum, she provided me with a draft contract that contained missing and inaccurate
information. Ms. Lee told me that we would revise and execute this contract at a later date. When I was provided with a new contract, it contained language that I
was not comfortable agreeing to. This language took away rights afforded to me under Federal Law. When I attempted to have Ms. Lee revise the contract to correct
this issues I found, she refused. I contacted other photographers who told me that my requests were not out of the ordinary and they often make accommodations such
as the ones I was seeking. Since Ms. Lee is unwilling to present a reasonable contract to me for her services, I am not able to use Ms. Lee's services for my event.
As such, I am entitle to receive back the sum of $2250 as Ms. Lee is not providing any services.
Since Ms. Lee is not providing any services to me and I have no contractual obligation to her, I will accept no less than a full refund of $2250.

Thanks for your comments, however I suggest that you refrain from making comments about something that you do not have first hand knowledge of. The facts are that Brandi Lee took a monetary deposit from me for services. We could not agree on a contract for such services as her contract required language that was in direct violation of federal copyright law. Now Ms. Lee refuses to refund the money. It is unfortunate that I am going to have to take legal action against her for her fraudulent behavior. I would like everyone to be informed of my experience with Brandi Lee and Balee Images so that they can think twice before having to go through what she is putting me through now.

You're obviously insane. Brandi has been my photographer for years and she is one of the best people I have ever met. Saying that she is taking away your Federal rights makes zero sense and you should look into getting some medication for your acute mental illness. Anyone reading your complaint I'm sure would agree. I'd hate to ever have to speak with you or deal with you and I feel sorry for those that do have to, especially Brandi. She would never take your money and not provide a service. In fact, I'm sure you've already been refunded, but yet this idiotic complaint you wrote about her on multiple websites will continue to exist. You're an awful human being.
