The above report is untrue, without any merit or specifics and posted by an individual who was a neighbor of Mark Johnsons in Lake havasu arizona. This man stole approx. $250,000.00 from mark johnson in a business deal. There is a criminal case open in lake havasu against this guy, Mark johnson filed a civil case in lake havasu against this guy and received a $350,000.00 judgment in his favor.
This guy (i'll call him what he is a thief) has never been to alaska, has never done any business with BAM LLC
His name is Todd Papajohn, I have come to find out that he has a long criminal record and served a year in Jail for grand larceny in Penacola florida. If you gooogle his name you will find a long list of other individuals that have fallen victim to this guy. Mark johnson initially filed a report on this guy on this web site advising people to be aware! This is todd papajohn's effort to get back at mark johnson for getting caught and exposed.
I am still trying to locate this guy to collect on the judgment. if anyone has any knowledge of this guys location it would be appreciated.
