My name is Kimberly Glasnapp.  This is my rebuttal to that poor attempt of Joni Walker’s to publish a  â€‹convincing fake consumer complaint against me.  That name sounds familiar, right?  That’s the same Joni Walker of the Walker Dog Hotel in Norwalk CA (currently dba Grandma's House)​ ​that I filed​ a RipOffRepor​t (ROR) against for stealing my dog Lady, who was part of a bonded pair.  No, it isn’t a coincidence, as a matter of fact, that  consumer complaint isn’t even based on real events but it’s probably pretty obvious it’s from someone with an agenda.  In true Joni style, it’s a  complete fabrication; a bogus report; all lies Joni made up about me - it’s her response to the RipOffReport I’d published exposing her as a dog boarder who stole our dog complete with proof everything I say is true, and everything she says are lies.  And to add insult to injury, she also treated us horribly and with no justification whatsoever, unless you include the fact that I owed her $45. but she doesn't mention how when that became an issue and we learned she needed supplies for the dogs we went out and purchased around $60. worth of dog food and pet supplies and brought it to her house.  There is only one thing in her complaint that's true: and that’s the authors name, which was completely unintentional on her part.  Dim-wit Joni couldn’t have noticed this, but when you publish complaints on this website the authors name is made public - VISIBLE.  LOL.  Poor Joni must not be very bright because most people would have noticed that and tried to be a little more careful about putting something on a website with warnings all over the place that anything you write, once published there, is on permanent record and will never be removed.

Joni herself proves she isn't credible.  If you'll notice, I back up everything I say​ with concrete proof that you can see​ ​and ​all ​Joni​ ​offers is ​her word with lots of accusations, and more accusations, and not a shred of evidence…  and with as much of it as I could think of without overloading the reader, I lay it all out here so you can see just how worthless her word really is.  â€‹I catch her in so many lies it just makes her down right retarded.  People who are​ telling the truth ​won't do any of the things Joni’s done​ trying to prove that I’m not to be believed and that she’s honest and trustworthy.  Nothing could be farther from the truth.

There’s at least two screen shots that are actually picture collages.  I created those to make it easier to compare them.  With one collage I’m trying to show you two things:  1.  I don’t argue she’s the author of the two rebuttals I included in the screen shot,  but it’s pretty clear she’s the one who also wrote the ROR here that’s supposedly from supporter of my rescue who claims to have inside information and wants you to believe I took the said donation and went shoe shopping- of all things. Shoe shopping.  

And there's so much more.  The screen shot's that I'll publish with this rebuttal you'll see I'm able to disprove nearly every lie she's written. Aside from the ones I just mentioned, there's the lie where she claims I owed her nearly $300.

Joni ​is oblivious, ​she just keeps​ ​lying her​ butt off - writing a fake complaint as if she’s actually someone who donated money to us, and expects you to take her word for it that somehow, and she doesn't say how, she found out we took her donation and went shopping for SHOES of all things!  That’s accusing me of misappropriating funds. which is a pretty vicious lie to tell about an animal rescuer.  I'm actually very selfless, and spend most all my doing taking care of everyone else and doing for others than I do for myself.  I do what I do in rescue for free, only asking for donations for specific cases showing proof where the money’s going, what it’s for and how much with invoices and pictures.  I hardly ever buy anything for myself.  Joni’s never done a selfless act in her whole, miserable life.  Joni has a drug problem she’s probably been dealing with for many years, she’s certainly a thief.  

Let’s talk about Joni’s imaginary friends:

It seems Joni has great friends, who miraculously are always there at the right time in the right place defending Joni.  But sadly they one’s she put alot of time and effort into creating, they’re her imaginary friends and have been the same one’s who for years, whenever she has an issue with someone, they come out of hiding to defend her.  They also share things she shares on Facebook. and it seems only have one interest in their lives, Joni.  They’re very obvious fake profiles.  We all know she’s also liar - and since she seemed to prefer talking in messages than on the phone, most of our communications are in writing, so using screen shots of those messages I’m able to prove most everything she says about me is a lie.  We know how she thinks nothing of creating false profiles of imagined supporters who are always there to stand up for her when she’s having a problem with someone, who are always there to vouch for her character, ethics and integrity when it’s in question. All of which are characteristics Joni does not have.  

Joni’s imaginary friends have left her wonderful reviews online!  She has at least one fake profile I have concrete proof of but I’m sure it’s not the only fake review.  The one that left her a positive review​ on one of her pages she uses to advertise boarding  (it was either on her DogVacay or Rover I don’t remember which but I’ll find it) is from that same woman who left several angry comments on my post of the negative Yelp review on her that I shared on my Facebook wall, and comments she left she admits she’s the person who was living in a camper in Joni’s driveway (the one’s I called her driveway tweekers)  I made screenshots.  What kind of twisted person does this stuff?  

Joni even has an imaginary police man friend who exacts revenge for those horrible mean rescues she told me in a Facebook had the nerve to actually take the dog from her that she says she took care of for months.  I take it that for her, that entitles her to keep the dog.  Anyway, back to the cop profile. lmao!  This profile’s name is Officer Gary Wilson (screen shot included).  I don’t know if she’s aware of this, but impersonating a police officer, regardless of how convincing you are or, as in Joni’s case, ARE NOT, in the state of CA that crime is called CRIMINAL IMPERSONATION in the first degree, which is a CLASS B FELONY.  And as if posing as an "officer" of the law isn’t bad enough,  she actually ADVISES ME AS AN OFFICER OF THE LAW.  I impersonating a police officer of the Tustin PD but even going so far as to ADVISE ME AS AN OFFICER OF THE LAW to "BACK OFF RIGHT NOW".  

​You'll see it in the screen shots of his comments many misspellings along with saying things no officer would ever say, it's just ridiculous of her to think anyone would even believe a cop would do something like that, and do something like that for HER of of all people! And word things so ignorantly that way. ​

I'll show you the screen shot of this same cop profile bad mouthing the other animal rescue she doesn't like because when she stole their dog they were able to take it back from her. I have screen shots of messages between us where she's telling me the story of what "they did to her" ripping the dog from her arms that she supposedly loved and cared for for months and that it wasn't fair to HER. Just like I did, they had a good home for the dog and didn't want to leave it with her once they began to realized the kind of sicko they were actually dealing with. Like me they were sick with worry about their dog, but un-like me, they got the dog back. She even lies about that, saying that she "got word we got our dog back" but she shows nothing to prove any of the things she says. She even says I'm threatening her and her mom. As for her claim at one time I told her she could adopt Lady if she chose to, it's in the foster contract she signed that all fosters get first dibbs on adopting the dog they're fostering, and at one time I told her she could, that was before things went South, before Lady's bff got attacked by her senior dog, before she spanked that dog right in front of my partner and I, I didn't want to hurt her feelings and tried to put off denying her application to adopt Lady until I could tell her in person but I couldn't get her in person so I was finally forced to deny it over the phone and this is what happened. I know she just wanted to keep the dog. If I thought it was because she loved her I might not be so worried but she didn't even want her. We believe our dog Lady was sold to someone.  

This is what I dealt with after my dog Lucky and her senior female got into a dog fight. Even though I'd seen her put that away each time she brought a new dog in the house because she said she's dominant, right off the bat Joni blamed my dog for the dog fight. Her dog had no injuries, but my dog had no only the deep bite wounds on her neck, but also a HUGE goose egg bump on his head (If you don't see the pic below you can find it by clicking the short link I posted in this blog of the Facebook post) I had to rush Lucky to an emergency animal hospital since it was a weekend, and when this vet saw his wounds he thought it looked like Lucky had been struck in the head with a heavy object. It was so severe we had to get x-rays to make sure no bones were broken or splintered. Poor Lucky was beyond hurt, he was heartbroken too. He was already kind of traumatized to begin with when we rescued him off the street but ever since this incident he's been a different dog. Flinches and ducks every time we get close or go to touch him. And most people would think that if a dog fight happened between ​the dog boarders​ own dog and the​ ​customers dog ​IN ​THE BOARDERS HOME AND UNDER ​THEIR SUPERVISION, the​y might​  offer to help pay the bill,  which by the way was nearly $400.  They not only didn’t offer, but since I was paying the entire vet bill I tried to politely ask if she might be willing to waive ​the ​​$45. I owed (that she’d upped to $75. ​to include de-wormer she’d previously in writing said I didn’t have to pay and also failed to mention when she she complained about the money we brought her about $60. worth of dog food & supplies) because I was paying that entire vet bill, ​and she ​became so angry, she blew a gasket!  Even going so far as to insult my business ethics - JUST FOR ASKING! (I have screen shot of those messages too) In fact if you looked at all our communications you can see our relationship actually seemed to sour just because of that tiny $45. I owed her, and after I was a good paying customer and gave her good reviews, and brought her $60. worth of dog food & supplies we couldn't believe what a b***h she was.  How anyone could be so petty to let a lousy $45. bend them so out of shape.   She knew it was petty, that’s why later she tried to say the amount was really $250. (but I have proof of the amount) then stooping so low as to tack back on my bill ​the ​$20.-$30.

​for dewormer,​ after saying IN WRITING that I didn't ​owe her for that, she says, writing, that she was sorry for asking me, that she only asked because she’d forgotten how much money ​she had left from the lump sum I’d sent her via PayPal i(I got proof of that too of course) n advance for dog boarding

- but I promised I'd pay it anyway even though I knew it really wasn't fair, because I could tell things were getting out of hand and if I didn’t kiss her a*s something bad would happen and  she still had our dog - I was beginning to worry already, my instincts were telling me something was wrong, if only I’d known that Joni wasn't the good person she made herself out to be.

All that she did to the dogs and to us, was just for revenge.  Revenge that her smoked out, Swiss cheese brain thinks was done to her, even though she's the one who stole our dog, all I did was warn people about her, but since then she has spent all this time, a mind boggling amount of time creating fake profiles, publishing fake complaints, commenting from different profiles on my pages​. Time that ​most people wouldn't even ​spend getting back at someone over an actual wrong ​perpetrated against​ them, let alone ​an​ imagined one like hers.

Although I realize she's very unconvincing to anyone who's paying attention, in fact I wasn’t even going to dignify this with a response, but there are still so many people who assume if it's on Google it must be true, and actually don't pay attention and won't look close enough to be able to tell it's actually bull - Besides this idiotic slander, when coupled with the other idiotic slander from a different "foster-mom-gone-insanely-bad" even worse than this one, who a few years ago, like Joni, also posted lies and slanderous things about me ​on these consumer complaint websites. Only the other nut case was even worse, filing about a dozen.  She too used tried to use half truths and down right lies trying to create enough doubt about my previously spotless reputation that no one would believe what I said about her, and to ruin the rescue that was just beginning to really make a difference. All that, just to get back at me for telling the truth, all I wanted was to warn others so that if they looked up her name they would be careful not to let her get close enough to them to hurt them like she did my daughter and I.

​One of the links I provide in this rebuttal is the link to my Yelp review of Walker Dog Hotel. Once you read it you won't believe they're actually still  boarding pets, and in doing so they're in direct violation of strict orders from Norwalk Sheriff, Health and Safety and SEAACA​ to ​cease and desist. They're solution to that order was to just start advertising under a different name. First they changed it to "Mac's", and currently they're doing business illegally under the name "Grandma's House". The screen shots of her advertising for boarding under those names are provided here also.

​The name change​s as well as the false complaint only came about AFTER â€‹the RipOffReport ​I filed​ against her ​when they stole our rescue dog, as well as what she did to her bonded mate Lucky who's lucky to be alive after she broke up a dog fight by hitting my sweat boy over the head with what the vet said must have been an object with some weight to it. After what she did, I shared about it with my rescue friends and put up a reward trying to get Lady back, and I got messages from other people she'd stolen dogs from. With the others she even used the same excuse, claiming the dog got out and got lost. That's why It's a pattern she keeps repeating, stealing peoples dog, we think she's selling them. That's why I decided to file the RipOffReport​, to warn others what she does.​ ​ It might save someone from going through what I and others went through having our beloved dogs stolen and never seeing them again. I don't know where she is, if she's okay. I haven't given up, and I'll never give up on trying to find Lady. I'm still looking for her, posting the Reward is still up, and I hope with all my heart it will help bring our Lady back home to us. We love her, we miss her. And Lucky still is so sad since she's been missing, and just hasn't been the same without his Lalalala Lady.

The Walker Dog Hotel and Grandma's House - hell for dogs, where if you’re lucky enough to get your dog back he will smell so bad like urine, cigarette smoke and a*s you’ll have to give him a bath before even letting him in the house.
