This company lied and charged for services it did not provide. This company lied and charged for appliances and repairs they did not purchase or repair. They defrauded the tenant and the landlord simultaneously for service and repairs. This company unlawfully retained rent money they collected from tenant. This comapny breached the management contract by failure of performance.
