Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
When I called in about an issues with my atm card for one accout they intoned me my card for my primary account was on hold because of a security breach at a retailer. First off I think when your card has been put on hold they need to inform you as soon as it happens and second when I asked for the name of the retailer they wouldn't or couldn't provide me with that information...it should be public knowledge when this happens!!!

Why would you want your financial status to be made public?
