Bank of America authorized a collection agency to collect a debt. A deal was negotiated and payments were made on time until the the stated end date of 02/2010. Payments total $ 1834, original credit card issued was $ 2500. This is not to mention negotiated payments made before going to collection agency. Bank of America recalled debt from first collection agency and sold the debt to another collection company, even as payments were being made. Second collection company requesting $ 1300 in payments. The amounts paid and requested total over $ 3100. One company did not know about the other. I am in the process of disputing second collection attempt.
