BANK ROVER Alan Palange, Art Sickles This company gave me an approval for a loan of 75-100 k and then just before I was do the loan they cancelled my loan for no reason just sending out a cancellation letter to my telling me it’s cancelled and said I would be getting a refund of my $2500 and I never received my refund and they kept it. when I called to inquire about my refund they hang up on me. my sales person art sickles Alan Palange owner of Bank Rover and underwriters Julian and Isreal all hang up when they find out it’s me on phone.. Aventura Florida

I was solicited by this company BANK ROVER, by salesperson ART SICKLES for a loan, they took all my info looked up my credit w/o my authorization and said I was approved for a loan a few days later, then I had to pay them $2000 upfront to get loan 100% refundable if no loan comes 2 months later I hey send me a cancellation letter for no reason and kept my $2000 refund when I call to ask about my money refund to ATR SICKLES,ALAN PALANGE, OR JULIAN,OR ISREAL THE UNDERWRITERS I get hung up on once they hear it’s me on phone...
