Banner was ordered from bannergrams.com February 16, 2010. My credit card was charged $57 by Express Party Banners February 17, 2010 and I received an automated e-mail response that my order was in process. Three weeks after my order--no banner. In March I sent another e-mail and called to leave a message. Two days later I realized that this must be a scam and I searched on the internet for complaints on this company and found many other customers who were charged and never received their banners.
Other websites use by this server are: graduationsigns.com, happybirthdaybanners.com, graduationdecorations.com banners.
